The Hwange 5 Day trip begins with a tour of Victoria Falls giving you the chance to visit the Falls and to partake in other adventure activities Victoria Falls has to offer. The rest of the trip is spent exploring Hwange National park on foot or in 4 x 4 Safari vehicles.
Victoria Falls and Zambezi National Parks are situated on the western tip of Zimbabwe. The Falls, known by the local Kololo tribe as Mosi oa Tunya- The Smoke that thunders, is one of the “Seven Wonders of the World” and one of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls on earth.
The falls are 1,7 kilometres wide and nearly 550 million litres of water cascade 70 to 108 metres into the chasm below -every minute- during the Zambezi River’s peak flow. Victoria Falls is made of five different “falls”. Four of these are in Zimbabwe: The Devil’s Cataract, Main Falls, Rainbow Falls and Horseshoe Falls -and one, The Eastern Cataract, is in the bordering country of Zambia
Named after a local Nhanzwa chief, Hwange National Park is the largest Park in Zimbabwe occupying roughly 14 650 square kilometers. It is located in the northwest corner of the country about one hour south of the Mighty Victoria Falls.
It became the royal hunting grounds to the Ndebele warrior-king Mzilikazi in the early 19th Century and was set aside as a National Park in 1929. Hwange boasts a tremendous selection of wildlife with over 100 species of mammals and nearly 400 bird species recorded. The elephants of Hwange are world famous and the Park’s elephant population is one of the largest in the world. The Park has three distinctive Camps and administrative offices at Robins, Sinamatella and the largest one at Main Camp
Accommodation is in tented safari camps in the middle of Hwange National Park for an ultimate safari experience. These camps are have the basic facilities and ablutions.

Meet and greet at Victoria Falls Airport from Johannesburg SA flight by our Driver Guide. Clients will be driven to their respective place of Accommodation,it’s a 20mins drive to any Hotel in Victoria falls. After checking in at an agreed time we go to Victoria falls for about 2hrs then a boat Cruise on the might Zambezi River for 2hrs.
On the second day we guests get to do optional activties in Victoria Falls.
We leave Victoria falls heading to Hwange National Parks ,after setting our Camp we leave for an after noon Game Drive on a 4 x 4 typical safari Vehicle
All animals comprising Africa’s Big 5 can be spotted in the Hwange National Parks, though the populations of both black,Whites Rhino is extremely threatened, they a same intensive measures which a underway to save the life of Rhinos. Hippo can be found in big gatherings in the Hwange National Parks . Cheetahs and Loepards are also found, and their propagations is great. In addition to this, more than 450 species of bird have been identified in the Park, including marabou storks, secretary birds, hornbills, crowned crane, ostriches, long-crested eagles and African pygmy-falcons
In the break of dawn you will work up a coffee and biscuits and get ready of full day game drive. Game drives are done in 4×4 Safari vehicles with open sides making them ideal for photographs and game viewing
Today in the Morning we start with a very exciting excursion A nature Walk in the Park with a Professional Ranger before leaving to Victoria Falls. On the way we visit the Hwange Wild Dog project. Here we see the efforts made to rehabilitate and release injured and orphaned wild-dogs. This is extremely valuable work on a species thought to number a mere 3000 remaining individuals in all of Africa.
